Buyers rely on the Seller's direct guarantees and policies upon initiating a purchase.

2. External Links and Transaction Disclaimer

   Our platform is non-transactional. We do not host e-commerce storefronts, facilitate the sale of products, or process any payments. Any links provided by Sellers to their external e-commerce sites are for buyer convenience and have been pre-screened by us.

   Axencis is not a party to, and accepts no liability for, any transaction, dispute, or issue arising from purchases made with a Seller, including delivery, product warranty, payment security, or returns. While we review links prior to publication, we have no control over the ultimate content or privacy practices of external websites. 1. Data We Collect from Brand Community Members

   When you register an account to become a Brand Community Member, we collect the following necessary information for verification, account management, and service provision:

   1. Business/Store name and URLs, Product URLs and images, contact person name, business email, country, phone number and Profile Image (if you provide us with one).
   2. Some Stores may also be requested to share licensing agreements and contracts with Brand owners.
   3. Login Credentials: Your encrypted password for secure account access.
2. Data We Collect from All Users (Visitors and Sellers)

   We automatically collect limited technical information from all users to ensure the security and functionality of our platform:

   1. Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and request metadata.

Our platform relies exclusively on essential technical cookies required for website functionality and security. As a Brand Community Member, the information you approve for your public profile (Store/Business information, product and unboxing media, public business contact details) is displayed to platform visitors. Your private login, administrative data and any licensing agreements you provide are not made public.
